Test Background
Recently, there have been frequent reports of GPS loss and failure in flight reports in the waterways near Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. Relevant departments organized a survey of the abnormal use of GPS frequencies in the waterways near the airport. Through preliminary investigations, it was found that there was abnormal GPS signal transmission around Chang'an New Century Livable.
Test process one:
Using the "Shark" 3310 to conduct a pointing test on the surrounding area, it was found that there is a high possibility of interference sources in a parking lot next to New Century Livable.
Test process two:
By constantly approaching using a directional antenna, the source of interference was eventually found under a truck.
Test process three:
The on-site shutdown test confirmed that the interference signal originated from the GPS shielding device of the car.
